Group therapy to lower aggression levels may also lengthen your life, according to a controlled international study of 22 men with coronary artery disease. Two months after the therapy had ended, the diastolic blood pressures of men who had attended hostility-intervention classes had declined by eight points, while the control group's diastolic pressures had risen by five points.
