Vegetarian Main Dishes
There is incontrovertible evidence that reducing the amount of animal foods and saturated fat in your diet is critical for good health. The corollary to that, of course, is that you should learn to eat more plant-based foods. People new to the semivegetarian lifestyle usually are confounded as to what to eat once the Meat and Potatoes are out of the picture (well, the potatoes can stay).
