My health food store sells something called Bilberry extract with anthrocyanins. What are these anthrocyanins, and what foods do they come in?

Anthrocyanins are water soluble anti-oxidant pigments found in certain fruits and vegetables with red-to-purple colors, for example: blueberries (the American cousin to the European bilberry), pomegranate, red cabbage, eggplant, and radishes. Current research suggests that anthrocyanins may have a beneficial effect on eyesight, circulation, (and possibly memory).
